Hire policy
We love the Costa Blanca and hope that you discover your love for it too. We appreciate your custom and hope that you enjoy your experience with CJ Car Hire.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
- Our Cars – All our cars are Spanish registered, left hand drive and fully insured.
- Documents Required – All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age, and be in the possession of a UK or European driving licence that has been issued for at least 2 years. There is no additional cost for any other name driver on the hire agreement.
- Collecting your car – Your hire car must be returned to the same location from which it was collected unless otherwise agreed with CJ Car Hire. Cars can be delivered to Alicante or Corvera Airport, Murcia if required.
- Fuel Policy – All cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel, with no mileage limits or surcharges, and are to be returned with a full tank of fuel.
- Roadside Assistance – We provide 24hr comprehensive roadside assistance / recovery should there be any need.
- Hire Cost – Cars are priced from €15 per day low season (October-May), and from €20 high season (June-September). No credit card, deposit or additional excess insurance is required as all cars are fully insured. Payment must be made in euros when collecting the hire car.
- Key Loss – – A replacement fee of €95 is payable if a key is lost.
- Major Damage – We trust you to take care of our cars as if they were your own but unfortunately accidents do happen. If your vehicle should undergo major damage whilst in your possession, a fee of €200 is payable to CJ Car Hire. As a trusted customer, you would be entitled to a replacement vehicle, which would be provided for the remainder of the rental agreement.
- Fines – Any parking, speeding or other fines remain the sole responsibility of the hirer.
